How to create a published Flash animation- Make your animation and then go to file, publish.
What each is used for-
MOV- can be published to ITunes.
FLA- can be opened and edited with Adobe Flash.
SWF- can be viewed in Flash without editing.
HTML- can be published to the internet.
What each can't do-
MOV can't- be opened and edited with Adobe Flash, be viewed in Flash without editing, and can be published to the internet.
FLA can't- be published to ITunes, be viewed in Flash without editing, and  be published to the internet.
SWF can't- be published to ITunes, be published to the internet, and be published to the internet.
HTML can't- be published to ITunes, be opened and edited with Adobe Flash, and be viewed in Flash without editing.
